Can anyone help apartment problems!?

Ok i live at huntcliff apartments in league city texas, my hours were cut with the security company i was working for, well I am going to work for the AUstin office becasue ton of hours. Well Things here at huntcliff are bad the manager Nikki gives discounts on the rent to the blacks and the illegals and my rent went up to 630 a month for a tiny tiny one bedroom, my lease is up in aug and I can't do this and with all the activiny out here not a safe enviorment!! there is a fat lady downstairs that is living with a "brother" and was smoking crack near my doorstep and the illegals run up and down the stairs all hours of the night and management won't do nothing she just calls me "racist" Well she is the one that is racist in my opinion for giving the blacks and the illegals discounts on the rent. My buddy is gonna room with me in Austin and I just can't take this crap anymore don't wanna fight this riff raff cause I'm going into the military next year. So what I can do about this I can't stay here becasue of loss of hours and the illegals and stuff.
