How do they ask so many nonsense questions without having them deleted?

Melvin the retarded Emu and his/her alter ego George the Pink Fat Hippo are both hilarious, I love their questions! The fact is that none of their questions make any sense at all. I wondred how they manage to get away with so much funny rubbish without having it deleted? I'd like to learn from them!
