Will I be pk worthy?(Runescape)?

I currently have att:70 str:73 def:70 mage:66 range:64[soon to be 80(:]. I plan on getting my str to 85 alwong with range before I make any efforts to PK. Should I pk when I reach my goals if yes what equipment?
