Concrete PSI strength?

Torsion, or twisting, strength is out, Bending is definitely out, shear strength could be ociated with compressive strength. Concrete does not do very well with tension, it prefers compression. The strength of concrete is rated in pressures of anywhere from 2000 to 10000+ psi. Go to a hardware store or a lumber yard, get the name of the company that makes the ready mix that you'll find there, and ask them, they'll be happy to tell you all about it.
