I need to know if i should go to the doctor.?

ok i was doing laundry and i found a maggot on the floor i figured it was from the moldy clothes i found outside(don't ask i just found them out there) so i got a sock and put it over my hand to pick up the maggot and when i picked it up i squeezed it and when it "popped" some of its guts landed right in my eye. ICKIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know but it happened now i immediately felt it burning so i rinsed out my eye a quickly and as well as i could but it still stings a little im worried that it will get infected should i got to the doctor?
