What's the kind of skydiving where the person has a cloth webbing between their arm and torso?

I think it was in a James Bond movie, maybe not. Anyways, the person has a normal skydiving suit, except for a piece of cloth between their arms, from about their wrists, to their hips, they look like a bat sort of. Sometimes they also have a webbing between their legs. All you do is jump out of the plane and open your arms and legs and glide down. Can anyone tell me the name of this sport?
