Help me with my PROVOKING pc problem here!?!?

I have Vista and just earlier today I discovered this really REALLY annoying thing. I just surfed the net as usual, and then the whole thing shut down showing a blue screen telling me to restart (which I can't) and it shows that it's dumping some files and that it mysteriously crashed. And I guess it's something with my driver cause it's what it says. Please help me cause I can't use my computer meanwhile cause it crashes every 5-10 min.
