I can't install this stupid graphics driver I downloaded!?

Every single graphic driver I have downloaded, which has been about 10 tonight, has said that my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements. (I think I spelled that wrong.) What the eff and I supposed to do?!?!?!?!
