I have been having with my E6... can anyone help me get out of it?

OK so here goes.... I been having a ual relationship with my E6 for about a year and a half now... she is married and very gorgeous sometimes she send me on mission's so we can meet up in my room in the middle of the day... the problem is i am getting married this christmas and I expressed this to her and she was very angry when she found out that I wanted to stop the ual relationship.... I came in as a E nothing and I am an E4 thanks to her and I am going to the board next month for my E5.... She said if I stop the ual relationship she will make sure my wife find out and have me busted down to E1 and have me only getting 4 hours a sleep a day.... I have not took a pt test since ait thanks to her I dont know what to do how do i get her off my back so i can have a normal career I am here for another 2 year's. I am sorry I ever did this I just need a way out.
