What team has improved the most since the 2006 cfl season?

I think the Roughriders have because even I think that Danny Barrett and Roy Shivers made us the laughing stock of the CFL for all those seasons but now with kent austyn and eric tillman we are 5-2 and soon to be 6-2 (kudos to u, eskimos fans)
