Can I Use This Donation As A Tax Write Off?

I am planning on attending a dave matthews band charity concert in greenwich ct this weekend for chinacare.org the cost is $1000. I am interested in seeing if anyone knows how much/if any that i would be able to write off as a 'charitable donation' for my taxes. Any information on the topic would be helpful
