A dream that I had about a busted skull?

The dream went something like this. I fell backwards and then I started walking around with a bloodline around my head/skull. People where staring at me and asking me what was the matter; I turn said that I had an accident and I crack my skull but I am ok; there’s nothing wrong with me.
