Exactly how is the cold sore related to the virus?

its such a common problem. it can be ped through ual contact but also through kissing, sharing utensils or drinks with someone that had the virus, usually not contagious unless the sores are there so if you have an out break dont share or kiss. a lot of the time we pick these things up as children when at school we share our drinks etc or adults have kissed us. i remember when i was 11 my friend had a cold sore and not knowing what it was we shared a drink then i got one and eversince had outbreaks. you can kiss but if you feel you are getting a sore tell whoeever that you got it and you cant kiss for a week or so no biggy really you have to deal with it do your research there are things you can take like homeopathic tablets that help and certain foods to avoid
