How do you install the Broadcom 1044 Ethernet Controller?

My computer is a notebook laptop that suffered a BSOD. I rebooted it, and i lost my Ethernet Controller, now I got the ethernet controller,and there's 3 files: b44win.cat, b44win.inf and bcm4sbxp.sys. No setup, please help.
